What began as a simple responsibility in August 2014—managing our own apartment—turned into a mission to revolutionize residential facility management. As the first Resident Welfare Association (RWA) committee members in our Bengaluru apartment, we faced countless challenges during the handover from the builder: no records, zero funds, low occupancy, piles of waste, untreated water, and conflicts with vendors. The system was broken, but instead of accepting it, we decided to take action.

We streamlined operations, introduced automation, solar power, organic gardens, waste segregation, rainwater harvesting, borewell revival, and cloud-based water monitoring to make our community self-sustaining and cost-effective. Word spread quickly, and soon, RWAs across Bengaluru sought our help. We spent weekends and sleepless nights assisting over 100 communities—free of charge. Our efforts were recognized when we won the "Bengaluru Best Gated Community Award" in 2016, along with accolades from the Government of Karnataka, the Ministry of Finance, Citizen’s Forum, and Rotary International.

But volunteering wasn’t enough for us. In 2017, we took a bold step—leaving our high-paying corporate jobs to start a facility management company from scratch. Today, we are South India’s leading technology-driven, premium, integrated facility management services provider, managing over 150 communities across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, with an annual turnover of $9 Million.

Our vision is clear: to redefine and enhance the living experience for every gated community in India. Facility management isn’t just about maintenance—it’s about building a better, safer, and more sustainable future for everyone.
