What began in August 2014 as a simple responsibility—managing our own apartment—evolved into a mission to transform residential facility management. As RWA committee members, we faced major challenges during the builder handover: no records, zero funds, poor maintenance, and operational chaos.
Instead of accepting the status quo, we introduced sustainable solutions like solar power, organic gardens, rainwater harvesting, automation, and cloud-based monitoring—turning our community into a self-sustaining model. Word spread, and we voluntarily supported over 100 communities across Bengaluru.
In 2017, we left our corporate careers to build a facility management company from the ground up. Today, we are South India’s leading tech-driven, integrated facility management provider, managing 150+ communities across Bengaluru, Chennai, and Hyderabad, with a $9 million turnover.
Our goal remains unchanged: to redefine community living through sustainability, technology, and operational excellence.
